"What CILT can do is promulgate knowledge, and help people see the whole picture. That's different from telling people what to think or do." – Paul Macdonald CMILT

In the latest edition of Motion magazine, we sit down with Paul Macdonald CMILT, CILT International's new Secretary General, to hear how he plans to lead a global professional community to collaborate, build mutual respect and be stronger together.

Paul stepped across from the organisation's own board – bringing a working knowledge of how CILT fits together at every level, from the secretariat to the branches and territories. His approach to leadership is intentional: listen first, then facilitate.
