We perform Shakespeare with the most locked away autistic people, the people most of the world never see. Loneliness and sadness can often be part of the autism puzzle especially as people get older. We aim to combat this isolation with community, art and comradeship where the barriers of anxiety can melt away to reveal the beauty and gentleness possible in every day life.
In April we will begin creating our King Lear for autistic adults. We have known many of the autistic people we are working with since they were teenagers and now ten years on, we are creating a completely new project especially for them.
We have funding to make a start for four weeks. Your donations will support us to continue after that.
