The Scouts had a night hike from Chingford Plains back to the hut. We discovered a devil's coach horse beetle, looked at the stars and developed our night vision with no torches. Later, the leaders welcomed a visitor to the hut and invested her into the 23rd.

Our cubs finished their planters off with compost and a selection of bulbs (daffodils and tulips) and we look forward to seeing them flourish in the Spring.

Scouts were back this week after the Summer Break with 4 new members. 2 from cubs and 2 new starters. They enjoyed a games night and after they had gone, the leaders planned a fun packed programme for the next term

On Thursday night our Scouts teamed up with the Raptors at Mayhem for some laser tag battles. Unfortunately the photographer was captured by the enemy and all the pictures were lost (or he was having too much fun and forgot!).Have a great Summer break.
