Our cubs took part in some team games starting foam sword fighting in the ring, aiming to knock off a balanced cone from their opponent. Then it was pole walking across the hallwhere two teams held poles whilst the walker traversed the bridge with the pole runners relaying to create the path.
A bean bag race next with 4 teams aiming to fill their hoop first. Finally a dodgeball contest to end the night.

Geocaching with the Scouts in Knighton Wood, trying to find treasures/messages hidden in different locations in the foresr using GPS and the geocash app. When found you can leave a message, take a gift (as long as you leave one too) and return it to the same spot. A successful evening with 2 separate groups traversing through holly and thick undergrowth and working as a team to find the locations. The xaches could be cannisters, fake stones, magnetic bolts and even a burger.

The Beavers all brought in their collections to show. We started with a game of bingo where they had to ask everyone questions to tick off a square. Then they showcased their collections stating what the collection is, their favourite piece and interesting fact about it. They all achieved the collectors badge.
