Through a partnership between the Church in Wales and St Luke’s for Clergy Wellbeing, this new programme provides clergy with access to trained and accredited pastoral supervisors who understand the realities of ministry. Over an 18‑month period, participants receive dedicated time to explore their vocation, their context, and the pressures they hold, with the aim of strengthening resilience, nurturing self‑awareness, and enabling flourishing in their ongoing service.

Special thanks to for funding this work.

Anglicans form the family of Christians closely related to the Archbishop of Canterbury. Whilst tracing their inheritance back to Christ and the earliest Christians and to the ancient Roman Catholic church, the sixteenth century Reformation was a crucial moment for Anglicanism.

We are delighted to welcome Archbishop Sarah’s confirmation today as the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury. Her commitment to guiding the Church with calmness, consistency and compassion, and her dedication to listening to those who have often felt overlooked, offers real hope. We look forward to working with Archbishop Sarah in our shared endeavours to see clergy flourish, churches healthy, and communities transformed. The Church of England

Dr Tim Ling reflects: “Wellbeing is not just an aspiration; it’s a culture shaped by what we choose to make visible in actions.”

As the New Year begins, we are sharing a conversation we had with our friend, Sister Beverley from The Community and Society of St Francis (European Province) .

Sister Beverley spoke with St Luke's as part of our Talking Heads Talking Wellbeing project, asking different people what they do to look after their mental health. We will be showing others throughout the year.

But for now, we hope you enjoy Sister Beverley sharing how she uses prayer to sustain her.

Many thanks to Sister Beverley.

Wishing you all a Peaceful New Year
