The Forum for Change has teamed up with LaunchGood, a crowdfunding platform, for our first campaign. We are looking to raise 30,000 GBP to help bring Muslim and minority concerns to the forefront of Britain's upcoming election. That means we're raising money to support candidates who take clear public stands against Islamophobia and xenophobia, and who present viable plans and projects to help create a fairer and more inclusive Britain.

There's two ways you can help us.

1) If you are a British citizen (but only if you're a British citizen), visit our LaunchGood page to make a donation. Any sum is critical. It's time we showed that Muslims can make an impact, care about how policy affects our community, and communicate our deep attachment to Britain's politics and prosperity.

2) No matter where you're from, please share this campaign with your friends and family, on your social media platforms, and through your existing networks. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us.

In June 2017, we want the voices of British Muslims to be heard and their vision of a strong Britain to be represented by all those seeking to be elected.

We are pleased to announce that the El Hibri Foundation is a Gold Sponsor for Forum for Change 2016. We are extremely grateful for their support.

The El-Hibri Foundation envisions a world in which respect for human dignity, equality and appreciation of diversity are cultural norms, and the non-violent resolution of conflict is widely practiced. The Foundation builds a better world by embracing two universally shared values of Islam: peace and respect for diversity.

Founded by an American Muslim family, the El-Hibri Foundation supports peace education and interfaith cooperation through grants for promising groups, awards that recognize leadership, and programs that promote learning and bridge-building.

In addition, the Foundation continues the El-Hibri family's charitable tradition of supporting orphans in the Middle East, particularly in Lebanon.

The El-Hibri Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation based in Washington, D.C.
