Love Play Grow Do

Love Play Grow Do I have been practicing Yoga for about 17 years and began to practice Anusara Yoga and learn about Tantric Philosophy in 2006.

Play Grow Do began in 2010 and established a community group in 2024 with the aim of supporting the delivery of the grassroots project Communi-tea, focusing on creative health, wellbeing, and social connection for those most vulnerable to isolation. For the past 5 years my study and practice has got deeper and my decision to train as a teacher proved challenging and empowering. I worked for years as a freelance artist using film and photography to engage with people and document the exchange. These days I get deep satisfaction from connection with the earth from nurturing plants (trees, flowers and vegetables) and gardening work in the community, private clients and on my own allotment in East London. I am passionate and devoted to developing community projects particularly in areas and communities where there is not enough.

LOVE REST / HATE RACISM

£20/£25/£30 - sliding scale and 2 free places available

Every month 2 places in this restorative yoga class are being offered to the good people behind

I am in awe of the work they do and the dedication they have to protest against and to protect from the threat and presence of the far right and ask questions about privilege and power.
In the best way I know I am supporting them with rest, to sustain their efforts, to ensure they are stopping and caring for themselves as much as others.
So with this practice you are both supporting yourself and this important local action.
Because of this there is very limited space so book your spot!
