We have a long history of supporting Cerību spārni and Latvijas Autisma apvienība, two extremely solid and proactive charities in Latvia. Organising a conference on autism is not an easy task, we are glad we could assist, and hope many more events will follow, that reduce the stigma around the topic, seek to provide valuable information and empower families of people on the autistic spectrum.

Šodien notiek Cerību spārni organizētā konference "Labsajūtas veicināšana bērniem ar īpašām vajadzībām". Tās dalībnieki saņems īpašu dāvanu no Giving for Latvia un Latvijas Autisma apvienība - grāmatu Īdo autisma zemē.

We have supported charity "Mēs saviem bērniem" for special needs kids from Madona for several years now - we have bought an adjustable table for their day centre, materials and tools for their craft activities. So we knew we had to respond when the charity enquired about a tablet for their therapy sessions. Glad we could help ❤️

Mūsu biedrība ir saņēmusi dāvinājumu – planšetdatoru, kas būs vērtīgs palīgs rehabilitācijas pakalpojumu nodrošināšanā.
Tas tiks izmantots ABA terapijā, logopēda darbā, Montessori pieejā, kā arī daudzos citos alternatīvos veidos, lai radītu bērniem un jauniešiem mūsdienīgāku un attīstošāku vidi. 🌱✨

We are always keen to support proactive charities like Spēju Kustība - Agape.

Their Family & Friends Camp that took place in June in Salacgrīva (Limbaži municipality) brought together c. 50 people with various special needs. The camp's goal is integration and inclusion in the Latvian society.
