There is an education issue. Black children are near the bottom of educational league tables in UK and USA. White parents may also be concerned as their children are also slipping down the rankings.

What can we do about it? Lecturer and Author - Dwight Maxwell compares the education of Chinese and Indian pupils ( who are top of the tables) and asks if Culture needs to be where change starts.

It’s a difficult conversation, but if youths mess up at school - they can still be late bloomers and be successful later in life. But then they have wasted years and are playing catch up.
