We exist to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality.

We provide free, inclusive, and impactful cricket programmes empowering young people living with a disability or facing socio-economic disadvantage, by using cricket to unlock potential, build confidence, and create life-changing opportunities in the UK🏏 We work across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential.

🏆 Meet Prajith, one of our Impact Award winners 🎥

Prajith was recognised for embodying the value of inclusion and helping create a welcoming community at Super 1s in Luton; a place where everyone can be themselves. 🏏

Diagnosed with autism at the age of two, joining Super 1s at the Luton Town & Indians Cricket Club hub gave him the opportunity to be part of a supportive community where his talents and individuality could shine. His family have also found a strong support network, connecting with other parents and sharing their experiences.

Today, Prajith is a kind, supportive friend who regularly encourages others and helps everyone feel welcome.

What a special evening at The Oval! 🏆🏏

Alongside announcing that Berkeley Foundation will continue supporting our award-winning Super 1s programme for another three years, we had the privilege of celebrating four inspiring award winners from across our cricket programmes.

Congratulations to Prajith, Millie, Kennet School and Maha, who were recognised for their achievements, personal growth and the positive impact they've made through cricket.

🎉 We're delighted to announce the renewal of our award-winning partnership with Berkeley Foundation, with a new £600,000 commitment over the next three years to support the charity’s Super 1s disability cricket programme and the SEND School programme.

Lord’s Taverners CEO, Mark Curtin, said: “Berkeley Foundation has been a hugely important partner in the development of Super 1s for more than a decade, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued commitment to the programme. This renewed investment will allow us to build on the significant progress we have made together and ensure more young people with a disability can experience the benefits of regular, inclusive cricket in their local communities."

Ahead of a very special awards night this evening... Let's take a look back at our Super 1s Celebration Evening from October 2025 🏆

For the first time, participants who were recognised on the night received awards that were representative of the charity’s values. Lucy, Ravi, Sebbie and Matthew were presented with Include, Empower and Inspire awards to illustrate the impact they have had as role models in their Super 1s settings.

Each of the award winners had films specially made to showcase the journeys they’d been on since engaging with Super 1s.

A fierce match saw the Tavs chase down 193 to win their inaugural match 🙌

You will enable Lord’s Taverners to make confident, evidence-led decisions by transforming programme and organisational data into meaningful insight. The role will manage how data is collected, governed, analysed and communicated; develop accessible reporting and dashboards; and work across teams and delivery partners to improve data quality, demonstrate impact and support data-led decision-making and strategic priorities.
