DofE in the Army Cadets

DofE in the Army Cadets A place for cadets, parents and adult leaders to get information on undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) through the Army Cadet Force.

If you're aged 14-25, a cadet or CFAV, then you can undertake your Bronze, Silver or Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award through the Army Cadet Force. Many of the activities you do as a cadet already count towards your DofE sections, so with very little extra work you can gain a certificate recognised by colleges, universities and employers all over the UK. Speak to your detachment commander or County DofE Officer to find out how to enroll.

Day 3, All teams took on their respective routes, visiting Tannheim, Fussen, Neuschwanstein Castle to name but a few highlights!

Cadets took on a variety of challenges exploring their respective areas and learning about local culture, even trying their hand at the local lingo!

Everyone is all tucked up for the night now ready to get back at it again tomorrow!

Day 2, Getting ready for heading out, checking kit, stretching those legs and building the team. All teams had a cracking walk up Riedberger Horn, ironing out kit niggles and getting a feel for walking in the heat safely. It was then off to Aldi for supplies for their meals plans deciding on group meals and bags of morale!
Final tweaks to route cards and final equipment checks before packing and a good nights sleep before heading off in the morning!
