17th Holborn Scouts & Guides at The Cove - October Meetings!
Join us on 3 and 17 October for some Halloween and autumn-themed fun in The Cove! Patients and siblings are welcome to take part in creative seasonal activities while working towards badge requirements across our different sections, including:

🎨 Beavers – Creative Activity
🖌️ Cubs – Artist Activity
🖼️ Scouts – Artist Activity
🎁 Rainbows – Present Maker & Toys
✂️ Brownies – Crafts & Kindness

Come along to get creative, make new friends, and enjoy some autumn-inspired badge activities with us!

If you would like to join us as a leader, we ask that you are already a volunteer with Girlguiding or Scouting.
Then you need to sign up to GOSH volunteering and complete their mandatory training before we can have you onsite.

We're really sorry, but illness means we don't have enough leaders for a meeting today.

If you'd like to join us as a leader: you must be a volunteer with Girlguiding or The Scouts, and prepared to do the Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity volunteer training in addition to the safeguarding training for Scouts and Guides. Contact us via our website.

We had four leaders raring to go on Tuesday: but our priority is making sure that all our young members are kept safe from germs as well as having fun!

This week, we'll see you on Saturday 5th September between 1pm and 4pm in The Cove for storytelling and book related activities. Design a book nook, make a book mark and tell us your best reads! Ages 4 and up.

Hip hip hooray! Kirsten, Rhianna, Giles and Valentina are going to run a fab meeting themed round storytelling and books on 5th September. Come and find us in The Cove between 1pm and 4pm for some international fun. Bring your favourite book to tell us about (or just tell us...!).

Have you heard of Friends of Girlguiding British Overseas Territories?
I’m guessing probably not 🙂

Well they are a group supporting the units we have in nine specific British Overseas Territories:
Anguilla
Bermuda
British Virgin Islands
Cayman Islands
Falkland Islands
Gibraltar
Montserrat
Saint Helena and Ascension Islands
Turks and Caicos Islands
It’s part of Girlguiding North West England.

They are looking for new members so if you’re interested please drop them an email for more info. 💙
