Today is National Playday — although we’ve never needed much encouragement! 😂

The Power of Friendship 💙

One of the loveliest things we see in our Baby Sensory® classes isn't just babies growing in confidence... it's the friendships that blossom between parents too.

For many families, those weekly classes become much more than an activity. They become a place to share milestones, celebrate achievements, laugh through the challenging days and realise you're not on this parenting journey alone.

On International Friendship Day, we're celebrating the wonderful communities that have grown across our Baby Sensory® classes in Kent & South East London over the past 20 years.

From more and drink to bird, flower and finished, every outing is another opportunity to communicate, connect and have fun together.

Keeping Little Ones Safe in the Sunshine ☀️

The sunshine is certainly making up for lost time this June & July!

As families enjoy days in the garden, trips to the park and summer adventures, it's worth remembering that babies and young children can become dehydrated much more quickly than adults.

Look out for signs such as fewer wet nappies, dark urine, unusual sleepiness or a dry mouth, and remember to offer fluids regularly, keep little ones cool and stay in the shade during the hottest part of the day.

Most importantly... enjoy making those precious summer memories together.
