This role will help oversee and develop a pathway for young players, supporting their journey from participation-based activities into Academy football. Greenleaf Primary School who are a partner school, their PTA are running a combined marathon on Friday 15th May to raise funds to have a mural created by Walthamstow based renowned street artist and poet Angry Dan.

On the 29th of April students from Eden Girls' School took part in the at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. This was part of a project for students to develop social action projects that support and improve young people's mental health. The students did amazing representing themselves, their school and Leyton Orient Trust.

Thank you to Sidney who is one of our Training Ground programme participants who represented Leyton Orient at the EFL Community Awards event in Parliament on the 15th of April. Sidney did an amazing job of explaining about the impact of the Training Ground programme and his own journey with it.
