We host social groups & events which celebrate LGBTQ+ life in the boroughs & provide support services to LGBTQ+ victims of hate crime.

🍴forum+ & St Luke’s Community Centre are proud to present a special session of Cooking With Pride in celebration of Pride Month!🏳️‍🌈

At the cookery class and social support group we learn culinary skills and enjoy a delicious meal together. We have fantastic fun in the kitchen at St Luke's and it’s amazing to have the opportunity to learn how to cook low-budget, nutritious meals.

Our June class will have a focus on delicious Italian cuisine and is a Pride themed! Participants are invited to wear rainbow colours, submit favourite pride anthems for our kitchen playlist and enjoy celebrating Pride at St Luke's Community Centre🎉

🚣‍♀️On Friday 5th June join with forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers for an extra special paddle for Pride! Wear the rainbow, bring a snack & get active on this beautiful stretch of Regent’s Canal🏳️‍🌈

Paddlesport is shown to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance emotional wellbeing. We love our monthly kayaking sessions in the heart of Camden and enjoying a friendly social together afterwards at the Pirate Castle.🏴‍☠️

🚨Postponed: forum+ at Freightliners Farm🚨

The forum+ visit to the Freightliners Farm has been postponed due to the hot weather and Amber Heat-health alert which is in place in London till 5 pm Thursday evening. It is recommended to keep out of direct sun at the hottest time of the day, between 11 am and 3 pm.

Connecting with nature for as little as twenty minutes a day can do wonders for our wellbeing and we'd love you to join with forum+ at tranquil outdoor space Freightliners Farm.👩🏾‍🌾

The farm aims to bring a little of the countryside to Islington and is a safe and welcoming place where everyone can connect with animals, nature and the environment. On our visit we will wander by the beautiful gardens and see the variety of farm animals including cows, sheep goats and poultry. Afterwards we will enjoy a chat and coffee together. 🐄🌾🌼

📽Love LGBTQ Film? Join the forum+ International Film Club!🍿

Tomorrow evening we're going to the gorgeous Garden Cinema to enjoy Twilight in Your Eyes, a collection of short films celebrating q***r elders. The screening is part of Q***r East Festival 2026, a cross-disciplinary festival that showcases boundary-pushing LGBTQ+ cinema, live arts, and moving image work from East and Southeast Asia and its diaspora communities.

After the screening our group will enjoy a discussion on the short films and informal social in the cosy cinema bar. Join with the forum+ Film Club, meet LGBTQ people who love film and be part of a community at our fun, creative and sociable film group.🍿

🚣‍♀️Exercising near water and greenery has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve mental health and enhance emotional wellbeing.

forum+ is excited to be resuming our monthly visit to The Pirate Castle for Rainbow Paddlers - the adult paddlesport session run by and for the LGBTQ+ community.🛶

May is an amazing time to join the sessions and enjoy a peaceful paddle on Regent’s Canal. It's always so much fun connecting after kayaking for an informal social at the Pirate Castle.

forum+ is proud to commemorate International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.

On Friday 15th May join our online information session for IDAHOBIT 2026. IDAHOBIT - At the Heart of Democracy will include a presentation on the origin and importance of IDAHOBIT and an update on LGBT rights internationally, in Europe and in the UK.

This free online event is an open and inclusive space for people from LGBT communities, and allies, who are interested in learning more about LGBT rights and how we can all be at the heart of democracy.
