This month we will concentrate on developing Self Belief, Building Self-Confidence and Overcoming Fear. After this session, those that wish to face their fears can participate in a 4-metre Firewalk on 7th November.

The meeting will follow our usual agenda

7.00pm Munch and Mingle
7.30pm Welcome and Announcements
7.40pm Presentation: Developing Self Belief, Building Self-Confidence and Overcoming your Fears
8.10pm How to do a Firewalk
8.30pm Share your Goals and Get the Support You Need
9.00pm Depart for the local Watering Hole

The Firewalk is organised by www.Firewalk.co.uk ex professional firefighters who have over 20 year experience and you will receive a further 2 hours training just before you cross the hot coals if you decide to come.

This could be one of the most challenging and exciting things you have done and we will be using the occasion to get sponsored and raise money for Jenny Bache a 56 year old grandmother with Stage 4 Malignant Melanoma . Who's brave enough to do a FIREWALK?
We are looking for 50 courageous souls willing to walk across hot coals to help save the life of Jenny Bache (who desperately needs cancer treatment that is not available on the NHS)
The event will be in the Erith, Kent area on a Saturday in October to be confirmed.
It will cost you £35 to get your confidence training (so you don't get burned) and to do the walk, and we would like every participant to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
We need to get 50 people to make it work so we will not ask you for any money until all 50 have pledged to do this amazing feat! We will then send you all sponsorship forms.
I am happy to be the first to cross the coals, so please join me!
