Meet Batul, a volunteer with our Language Café!

Batul first joined the Language Café in 2024 to build her confidence in English. Just one year later, she became a volunteer, helping support other participants 👏

As a Loved & Wanted Community Space, Grand Junction hosts a variety of free weekly programmes, like the Language Café, that are open to everyone in our community. We are a space for all, with programmes ranging from healthy or creative adult workshops, to children after-school activities.

FREE Creative Masterclass Week for young people at Grand Junction!

In collaboration with City Lions and Dream Arts, we are delivering a week of youth masterclasses from Mon 27 - Fri 31 July for young people aged 12-19. Expect dancing, drumming, drama, screen printing, filming, and more!

We’re thrilled to announce Narvision as the artist behind our upcoming Digital Art Commission! 🤩

Selected by our Volunteer Curatorial Panel, made up of local community members, Narvir will work closely with the panel to create a digital artwork for Grand Junction that embodies the stories and heritage of our surrounding communities.

We can’t wait to see this collaboration come to life - stay tuned!

This commission is part of You Are Here, a The National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

We’re excited to announce that award-winning South African DJ and producer Esa Williams will be joining us this July as part of our Right Here, Right Now concert series!

Blending Amapiano, Highlife, Jazz and Afrobeat, Esa will be joined on the night by a live band to honour decades of African music.

Spring Festival - tomorrow 2-5pm at Grand Junction to celebrate we are now a Loved and Wanted chosen community venue! 🥳📣

A brilliant community event, free and open to everyone.
