We were very pleased to welcome aboard the Master and Clerk of the Worshipful Company of Secretaries and Administrators this week.
TS Thunderer are affiliated with the WCSAA who very generously fund the unit’s running costs. They were incredibly impressed with the growth of numbers for both cadets and volunteers since their last visit a couple of years ago. Plus highly delighted to see them learning, having fun and creating such a high atmospheric buzz.

Cadets, Staff and families had a great time enjoying the Christmas Party for our last parade night of the year.

Fun games, music 🎶 and great food. Thanks to all the staff and parents that volunteer and support us amazingly.

Last week, we had staff volunteer at Anchor House. Supporting the Christmas Dinner for the local community. It was a lovely event.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gillian McEvoy. Former Chairperson of TS Thunderer in the early 2000s who always kept us in her heart when she moved on.

Gillian was always willing to share advice and even encouraged our current Chairperson to take on the role which Gillian so wholeheartedly gave her all too.
