Are you a Food teacher in the UK? The FUN Healthy Chinese Cuisine Ambassadors provide free workshops in GCSE classrooms and free CPD Teacher Training!

Chinese cuisine has historically been a popular choice in the UK and can be tasty, nutritious and healthy. In light of the new curriculum, Ming-Ai (London) Institute, together with our partner, the world-renowned food sauce manufacturer, Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Ltd, launched the ground-breaking project FUN HEALTHY CHINESE CUISINE AMBASSADORS in 2015.

Thank you to Wallington County Grammar School for inviting us to visit and deliver our workshops! We were really impressed with the level of focus and dedication in cooking Chinese food during the student practical. Well done to everybody for all their hard work throughout the cooking competition and massive congratulations to the winners!
