For all those involved with the Unificationist Youth of the UK

HARP with the UK, also known as Youth Ministry is the department of the movement which is responsible for providing specific faith education and care for the Unificationist Youth of the UK movement from the ages 11-18. The three core roles of the National Youth structure are to:

-Support regional Youth structures in their care and education on a community level.
-Provide National level activities: education, a level of care, and a meeting point.
-Engage with the European level youth activities, community, and leadership – supporting them and encouraging attendance. HARP is not a separate youth movement, independent of the structure within the communities, but exists to support and guide the youth as a key way to serve our families and communities. HARP (High School Association for the Research of Principles) – Takes care of those of high school age, from 11-18, as they enter adolescence through to young adulthood and deal with maturation and the challenges and opportunities of the teenage years. We have a fine tradition of HARP workshops and a precious community where elders are engaged and involved with their younger brothers and sisters. But it is also a changing group in a changing social climate: 12 year olds of today are growing up in a very different world than that of a decade ago, so we need to consider how we can draw upon our experience and resources to help support them.

Hello everyone!

This winter there will be a workshop run in the UK for the senior HARP group age with the purpose of connecting with each other as young members of our community and to receive education as growing blessed children, to better understand our life with the divine principle.

Ages: 14 to 18 years old
Location: Livingstone House, 13 Beechcroft, Chislehurst, BR7 5DB, UK
Dates: Saturday 28th of December 2024 to Thursday 2nd of January 2025

More information will come in November, as well as opening the applications.

You are invited!

Oath: a solemn promise, often invoking a divine witness, regarding one's future action or behaviour.

We came into this world through our parent's commitment to God and True Parents, and now we stand here in this present moment as the next generation. What will we pass on? What is our purpose? Who do we want to become?

This winter workshop, we want to support each other in understanding our roots, making sense of our current realities, and finding strength and courage together. We want to go deeper and find clarity in our matching and blessing tradition True Parents gave. The answers are not waiting for us in some faraway place, but maybe they are within us, in our original nature and God. Let us transcend the now and make ourselves a resting place for God. Let us strive to create future families where God can dwell. It's a calling to be clear and deeply rooted in our spiritual life, not just our personal ambitions. It is our turn to take responsibility in our life of faith and go further in offering our Oath to God as we enter the new year. More than ever, God needs you. What is God personally calling for you to do? Let us end our year together as a family and start the new year Clear, Centered and Transcendent.

The much awaited Winter Workshop 22-23 photos have arrived and are now ready to be viewed!

As February ends and the next workshop approaches, HARP UK hopes that the participants and staff members have had time to reflect on their experience and put into practice and goals set. It is now time to refresh our minds of the last week of 2022 and the spectacular entrance we have had to 2023!
