"We believe that many micro businesses in Indonesia actually have strong potential but they often struggle to meet the requirements of financial institutions." - Nadiya Adnani, Project Lead at Instellar Impact

That's the gap InnoFund is designed to close.
Implemented by YBI member Instellar Impact, InnoFund pairs soft loans with hands-on support — bootcamps, one-on-one mentoring with financial experts, and space to learn from real-world experience. The goal: help young entrepreneurs move their businesses out of the "stuck in the middle" stage and toward sustainable growth. 📈

InnoFund isn't just about funding a business, it's about strengthening a generation of leaders who can drive change in their communities.

📽️ Watch the video to hear more about the programme's impact.

InnoFund is implemented by Instellar and funded by Standard Chartered Foundation as part of YBI's work to expand access to inclusive finance and entrepreneurship support.

Meet Dariia and Halatyr, co-founders of RID OIL 🌻

Dariia and her husband turned a family tradition of producing natural oils into RID OIL, a craft producer of cold-pressed black cumin, pumpkin seed and flax oils near Kamianets-Podilskyi in Ukraine.

With support from our Member Spotlight Платформа соціальних змін's (Platform for Social Change) Impact Projects Accelerator, Dariia sharpened her brand's story and grew its social media presence around transparency and local production.

RID OIL now serves dozens of regular customers, has earned 25+ glowing reviews, and is aiming to open five new partner sales points this year. 👏

Meet Daryna Kmetiuk, founder of Bo Smachno 🇺🇦

What started as a family kitchen sharing traditional Ukrainian recipes has grown into a thriving business — thanks in part to support from Платформа соціальних змін's Impact Projects Accelerator.

"I learned to make decisions with data, not just gut feeling."

Daryna's business is a great example of how this week's Member Spotlight, Platform for Social Change, is supporting youth-led businesses with community and cultural passions to grow sustainably.

Daryna joined their accelerator programme twice, and the second time received grant funding for new equipment and a bigger product range. Bo Smachno now employs 10 people, runs 2 shops, and serves up to 40 customers a day. 👏
