We are a network for members of the LGBTQ+ community who work in the UK insurance sector. We have attracted members from insurers/reinsurers, brokers, market bodies and service providers and our over 1500 members work in claims, underwriting, actuarial, broking, public relations, IT, sustainability, law and accountancy. The network was formalised in August 2012 with the creation of Steering Commit

tee to lead and coordinate the work of the network. We offer monthly networking opportunities for members, friends and allies. We work with our supporting organisations to deliver industry events targeted at leadership and encouraging best practice.
