The Sapphire Employability and Wellbeing Academy - (Formally The Sapphire Community Group) was established to help young people access work and accredited training. Aiming to increase young people's independence, abilities and freedom to thrive, all while reducing unemployment, mental health issues, crime rates and homelessness. OUR AIM
Empowering, Equipping, Inspiring, Training, Mentoring, Motivating and Educating young people aged 5 to 30 years old through Employability, Wellbeing and Enrichment Support. Reducing homelessness

🌍 SAPPHIRE CAMEROON | EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH SKILLS DEVELOPMENT 🇨🇲

Sapphire Cameroon has successfully completed the second phase of its liquid soap production training, bringing together 25 women from the community. 🧼✨

The training provided participants with practical, hands-on skills in liquid soap production, equipping them with knowledge they can use for household needs and potential income generation.

Through active participation and practical sessions, the women gained valuable skills that can support self-reliance, entrepreneurship and economic independence. 💪🏾🌱

This second phase demonstrates Sapphire Cameroon’s continued commitment to women’s empowerment, skills development, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.

Together, we are building skills, creating opportunities and strengthening communities. ❤️

As part of Su***de Prevention Month, Sapphire International Kenya co-hosted a community cycling and walk with partners, bringing people together on foot and on two wheels. 🚲🚶🏾‍♀️

Movement helps us release stress, build community and create opportunities to talk openly about our mental health.

But people cannot walk or cycle for their wellbeing without safe, inclusive roads and dedicated spaces.

By advocating for safer streets, we are helping create the physical spaces communities need to heal, connect and support one another.

🌱🔥 Building Climate-Ready Communities in Malawi!

Today, 35 community participants — 13 men and 22 women — took part in a hands-on briquette production training at Chantulo GVH.

The training is part of preparations for the upcoming Community Action Climate Event on 7 November 2026, equipping community members with practical skills to explore sustainable energy solutions while reducing reliance on traditional fuel sources.

👏 A big well done to everyone who participated and contributed to making this initiative a success!
