‎إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْلَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَاسْكِنْهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ آمِين

To Allah we belong and unto Him is our return.

With deep sadness, Mountain of Mercy mourns the passing of beloved brother AbdulWahid Suleman, a dedicated volunteer who devoted over 25 years of his life to charity, compassion and humanitarian service.

Alongside his beloved wife Shenaz, they spent many years travelling to Kenya especially remote Northern Kenya assisting with Qurbani programmes and humanitarian relief for vulnerable communities. Countless families benefited from their sincerity, sacrifice and service for the sake of Allah.

We cannot imagine the barakah of these blessed days in which he returned to his Creator. A musafir who travelled with the intention of serving others through the Qurbani programme SubhanAllah, what a beautiful state to depart in.

Mountain of Mercy sends its heartfelt condolences and duas to Shenaz, their children, family and all loved ones during this difficult time.

May Allah ﷻ forgive him, illuminate his grave, grant him the highest abode in Jannatul Firdaus and grant the family Sabr-e-Jameel. آمين

It is with great sadness that we learned of our beloved Hilary Ahmadeen's passing today. His loss is a significant one, as he was not only one of the founders of Mountain of Mercy Sri Lanka but also a joyful and fun-loving individual who made every charity journey a memorable experience.

His dedication to his family and unwavering faith were truly inspiring. May Allah grant him mercy, forgiveness, and a place in Jannah. He will be greatly missed.

Our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
