Our stall was encouraging us all to think about how we recharge, along with tips and techniques for managing stress.

Photograph your best friend, a stylish stranger or local character. Take a shot of where you go to school, or to work, or to play. A pet, a park or a pattern. We want you to capture whatever aspect of the area you fancy.

PLENTY OF £100 PRIZES
From toddlers with smart phones to older people with all the kit, we have £100 prizes for five age categories: Under 12s, 12-18, 19-34, 35-65 and Over 65s.
Plus a special £100 prize for the best overall shot, £50 for runner-up, and
£100 for the Best Series. Finally, a special ‘Peel Community Prize’ of
£100 for girls in School Year 11 or under.

A lovely day was had by our Adult Social Club at the Amersham Fair Organ Museum.
Who knew we’d get so excited over a load of old organs!?🎶😂 Great company, plenty of laughs, and ended the afternoon at the Carvery - what's not to love?

Explore, create, perform!

Join renowned actor Tamzin Griffin TOMORROW at The Peel, Thu 4th June, 1pm for “A taste of the many ways an actor prepares to play a part.”
A fun afternoon filled with script reading, improvisations, and character creation.

Tamzin Griffin has been a professional actor since 1987.
Her work has spanned from the weird and hilarious to the tragic and sinister from Community Theatre to seasons at the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Globe, The National Theatre and small venues all over the UK and has been a member of the Complicite, a leading International theatre company since 2003.

Looking forward to taking part in Learning Disability Awareness Week 2026 with Elfrida’s Inclusive Sports Day. An inspiring and fun day of visibility, inclusion, and unity through sport, where everyone is recognised, valued, and celebrated.

The theme this year is ‘do you see me?’ and it’s all about making sure that people with a learning disability are heard, seen, included and valued in all aspects of life. Please bring friends ad family for this day of celebration and fun.

All sessions will take place on Tuesday 16 June at Highbury Fields, N5

Minds Matter Islington will be running a wellbeing stall alongside all the sports activities!

Multi-sports on the field
10:30-11:30am

Pickleball on tennis court 8 and 9
11:30-12:30am

Lunch (bring a picnic) and or ‘walk and talk’ with the Mason Foundation
12:30-1:30pm

Football with Elfrida FC and Arsenal in the Community on the hard pitch
1:30-2:30pm

Cricket with Middlesex in the Community on the field
2:30-3:30pm
