Please note that despite efforts to adjust this page to The Tommy Flowers Foundation, it's still showing up as the Pub we established in 2018, apologies for any confusion. We're right next door to the Pub at 48 Aberfeldy Street, that we continue to collaborate with on community engagement, such as this two day glassblowing event on 28/29 October, where local residents had the opportunity to learn more about the process and actively take part in making glass. The pieces will be assembled into a large display on Sunday 19th December so participants can collect their individual creations in the lead up to the holidays and take them home...

Last chances to see the chandelier in-situ at 48 Aberfeldy St from noon til 7pm today, with shutters up so it can be seen from street and tomorrow fully open from 3pm, it'll be dismantled at 5pm...so two hours to see it close up then !

Glassblowing participants can collect their individual pieces this Thursday from 5-8pm from 48 Aberfeldy Street, after which they'll be on The Tommy Flowers windowsill with name IDs. Thanks to all who took part, it's gone down a storm !

We've invited the local building trades students and their mentors, who've worked on refurbing our new unit at No.48, to the unveiling of the collaborative glass piece created by local residents last month. JOIN US from 4pm-9pm this Thursday, pub next door open an hour earlier than usual and to 11pm. Thanks to all of our partners, Aberfeldy Big Local, Culture Seeds, Tower Hamlets Events, Volunteer-It-Yourself, Wickes and glassmakers Tom Chadwin and Freya Bernard, with support from the studios of Matt Durran in Leytonstone and Jon Lewis at Parndon Mill, Harlow.
