A comedy play about fascist AI s*x dolls.
When the ‘woke’ s*x robots created by a high tech start up suddenly spread fascist ideologies, three employees from the customer service helpline are left to deal with the consequences.

About the writers:

Albertine Sins is a French actress and writer based in London. She trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, and since then acted in multiple BAFTA qualifying short films, including multiple collaborations with Anouk. Recently, she wrote, produced and acted in ‘London Dying Wage’ which is currently in the festival circuit, and is in post-production for her new short film ‘Visa Vis’. 

Anouk Witkowska Hiffler’s film work was selected at BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals including the London Short Film Festival and Hamburg Kurzfilm. She recently wrote her debut play at the National Youth Theatre Script School. She is also the co-founder of the production Vaporetto Films which creates narrative and branded work. Together with Albertine, they founded the Womxn Who Make Funny Films collective, empowering women and non-binary filmmakers in comedy.

After selling out in 2025, Untold Collectiv brings its bite-sized Halloween theatre back to BOLD Theatre for two nights of brand-new, 15-minute micro-plays, where horror, comedy, grief, desire and the downright bizarre collide.

Come for the scares. Stay for the stories.

THE PROTECTOR by Victoria Howell
Two hikers illegally camp on private Welsh farmland and refuse to respect a local custom — with supernatural consequences.

SPA-MAGGEDON by Scott Younger
A meditation session at a spa is interrupted by the zombie apocalypse, with predictably calming results.

EAT by Jake Daproza
A therapy session unpacks the origins of an eating disorder before a forced “exorcism” goes horrifically wrong. (Contains graphic content around disordered eating.)

FOREVER ISN’T ALWAYS by Somebody Jones
A married woman revisits her dead teenage boyfriend in a strange wardrobe, and he won’t let her leave a second time.

Our autumn dates for plays@3 are here.

Applications are now open for ONE WEEK for our next day of space on Tuesday 20th October.

BOLD is offering a free rehearsal space for a company/director/writer - the opportunity to rehearse and hear a new play out loud. Whether you’re a director bringing in a play or the writer yourself, this is a chance to put a finished draft of a new piece on its feet and see how it sounds. The day starts with a rehearsal and ends with a relaxed 3pm sharing, giving you the chance to test ideas with an audience and gather valuable feedback.

A light-touch, daytime version of our Playwrights Play Night — supportive, low-pressure, and focused on creative exploration. Each event is selected entirely by lottery — offering an open, accessible opportunity for artists to share new work. Once selected, creators confirm their commitment to presenting their piece, and the project is officially announced.

Offcuts is a night for devised and experimental theatre-makers to try things out. A fragment, an idea, a scene, two scenes, a movement, a mess, a song — whatever you’re working on. No polished pieces. No pressure to have it figured out.

Anjelica Angwin is a writer & performer. She has written for i-D, Novembre Global, un Projects, This is Badland, to Be, Oyster, Numero and VICE. She’s currently writing her first full-length play, a le***an Twilight fan-fiction turned psychological horror, supported by Arts Council England. Anjelica co-runs a q***r comedy & performance night in London called Emotional Capacity and the FLINTA open mic night, Hard2top. She’s recently been published by Stretch Books and Mouthguard Journal.

Sufjan Bile is a playwright, theatre director, &artist based in London. Drawn to what misbehaves under scrutiny, their practice leans into distortion, contradiction, &mischief.
Their writing has appeared in gal-dem and WORMS, &soon in an upcoming anthology of trans writing by School of Cvntology. Sufjan is an alumnus of the Soho Theatre & Royal Court Theatre playwriting labs. Selected directing credits: How To Be Famous (When Your Parents Don’t Have a Wikipedia Page) (Pleasance Theatre, 2026); Dugsi Dayz (Royal Court, 2024), Know Who R&D (NT Studio, 2024).

Eleanor Boes is a writer/actor from the US, now based in London. Credits include ‘113’ with Jamais Vu Productions & ‘Into the Deep’ at Edinburgh Fringe, which she also wrote. Her play 'We Weren't Innocent; We Were Girls' was shortlisted for the 2023 Homotopia Prize through Liverpool Everyman Playhouse & was a finalist for two Standing Ovation Awards including Best New Writing. Her prose work has been featured with Eaten Magazine and Period Zine. She is a graduate of Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

Eloise Thomas is an actor & artist from London. Film & TV credits include True Detective (2014), Profile (2018), The Bay (2019), The Cow of Fire (2020), Steal (2026), and Dope Girls (2025).

El Amias is a writer, performer, legal professional, &barfly. Acting credits include ‘The Edge of Space’ (Sands Film Studio), ‘The Cult of McIntyre’ (Bristol Improv Theatre), and one unforge
