In today's second instalment of our four-part special, the hosts of Craftcast meet with Mark Ormrod MBE - Freemason and veteran of the Royal Marines 🌹🎙️

Mark was the first British serviceman to survive a triple amputation in Afghanistan. Since then, he has won 11 medals in two Invictus Games, carried the torch at the 2012 Olympics, and raised thousands of pounds for charity.
