The sites we work at are in some of the least developed countries in the world, where our work provides an incredible boost to local economies, pride of place, and community. For every single project we take on, our primary concern is to train local people to manage their heritage sustainably and responsibly, and to effec

tively hand it back to them. Local arts and crafts are nurtured at specific sites to encourage growth and in some cases revitalise dying art-forms. We employ teams of architects, archaeologists, stone masons, carpenters and other skilled professionals who train the locals in restoration and conservation.
