Our mission is to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We share similar goals to excellent organisations such as Sustain, Food for Life Partnership and the Children's Food Trust and we frequently partner with them on local campaigni

ng and project work. Our strength is working in depth, in one or two areas at a time, with parents, head teachers, local authority officers and others to create and implement changes to school meals and to support food education.

The government are updating the School Food Standards, and there’s only one week left to have your say. We welcome the proposed changes, but standards alone won't improve children's diets. We encourage schools, parents, individuals working in schools, or organisations working with school to respond to the consultation.

We’ve created a template submission which can be submitted as is or adapted. Find our response and consultation resources on our Latest News, link in bio.
