We were honoured to be invited to the inaugural Somalia National Pavilion preview at the 61st La Biennale di Venezia!

SADDEXLEY is a beautiful showcase of Somali contemporary art, featuring , and , as a love letter to Somali culture and poetry. Inspired by the themes of home, land and sea, SADDEXLEY will be exhibiting until the 22nd of November 2026.

We extend a heartfelt hambalyo to the curators, artists, contributors and community for bringing SADDEXLEY together. We are proud to see Somali culture being represented authentically and experienced internationally!

In the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are taking a moment to pause and reflect together at Culture House.

This Friday, we are hosting a coffee morning for parents and adults to take a break and enjoy refreshments in a supportive space to talk about wellbeing and mental health.

We will also be sharing information and signposting to services available across West London for anyone who may need additional support.

Introducing The Sun Never Sets; a comedy show designed to bring people together and tackle loneliness through laughter ☀️🎭

Around 39% of young people in London don’t have opportunities to meet new people or make friends. This campaign intends to create a space for friendship and fun through stand-up comedy, poetry and more!

🧕🏾 Yesterday we celebrated International Women’s Day, with this year’s centred on the theme “Give to Gain.” We came together to make zines, share ideas, and enjoy delicious food for Iftar. The workshop was facilitated by , who guided the creative session beautifully⭐️.

We extend our thanks to everyone who joined us in celebrating International Women’s Day. A special thank you to our lovely tea maker for the warm tea ☕️ & cookies 🍪 , and to 🧁 for the beautiful cupcakes to sweeten the evening.

It was wonderful to share this wholesome weekend with so many fantastic women🌟! We were also honoured to have presentations by and .fund , two amazing initiatives doing important work in our communities.

We hope this Women’s Month reminds us that when we give support, kindness and opportunity, we all gain strength, inspiration and empowerment. ✨
