🌿 The Fragrance of True Worship 🌿
“Mary then took a pound of very costly perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus… and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.”
— John 12:3 (NASB)
Dear friends,
As we look ahead to True Worship Unveiled—happening tomorrow—I sense the Lord inviting us to come with hearts ready to worship Him deeply and sincerely.
Mary’s act of devotion in John 12 reminds us what true worship looks like: it’s costly, it’s personal, and it fills the room with a fragrance that pleases the heart of God. She poured out her offering not for the approval of others, but out of pure love for Jesus.
A Story That Speaks to Us All:
Recently, a young woman shared how she entered a service feeling heavy-hearted and unsure if God saw her pain. But as worship began, she felt led to raise her hands—something she had never done before – she surrendered everything! In that vulnerable moment, God met her. She wept. She felt seen. And she left with a renewed sense of peace.
She said, “I know now—He heard me. He received my worship.”
That is the kind of encounter I am praying each of us experiences tomorrow. A moment where heaven meets earth—not just because we sing, but because we surrender.
🙏 Let us come like Mary—holding nothing back.
Let us gather not out of routine, but with anticipation. God is not looking for perfect voices or polished performances; He’s looking for hearts that long for Him. Whether we come with joy, with brokenness, or with questions, He is ready to meet us.
📣 Tomorrow is more than a date—it is a divine invitation.
