Give to Gain this International Women’s Day

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the theme Give to Gain - a reminder that real progress starts with investing in women’s safety and wellbeing.

At Housing for Women, this commitment guides all our work. Every day, we provide safe homes and specialist support for women facing homelessness, domestic abuse, trafficking, and other forms of inequality.

Across London, our refuges, community services, and dedicated accommodation give women stability, hope, and the chance to rebuild with dignity. Our teams offer practical guidance, emotional support, and expert care so women can regain confidence and move towards independence.

This IWD, we invite you to join us. When you give - your time, your voice, or your support - you help women gain safety, opportunity, and a future free from fear.

Together, we can build brighter, safer futures for women and their families.
