NEXT CHALLENGE
First of all, MASSIVE THANKS to all of those of you who so kindly and generously prepared and brought to us the shoebox gifts. One could say some of you got really big feet lol, but I prefer to say you all got really big hearts.
So many lovely boxes and prepared with so much thought and care. God bless you all for that.
Last night we were packing them up in bigger boxes to despatch this afternoon and now our next challenge is to raise the funds to pay for the shipment.
By the way, we are not only sending the shoeboxes but also a few large boxes with clothes, shoes, bedding items and an incredible brand new collection of hard cover classical books. It’s a 25kg box of books. Here in the UK you wouldn’t get that collection for less than £400 and with only £100 we can add them to our orphanage library.
Therefore, for those who wanted to help but could not find the time to make the boxes, this is a great opportunity not to be missed to help us to get these beautiful things to our children.
