Mental Health Awareness Week | 11–17 May
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is Action, a reminder that even small steps can create meaningful change in our wellbeing, relationships, mindset, and daily lives.
We come together to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and remind one another that mental health matters.
Within the Luhar Community, we pride ourselves on being strong, supportive, and connected, but it is equally important to recognise that everyone faces challenges in life. Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is speak up, ask for support, or simply check in on someone else.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Our Luhar expert Manish Gohel will be delivering a FREE online session on Wednesday 13th May via the link below for Shree U.K. Luhar Gnati Mandal We encourage everyone to join and also share this with family and friends who may benefit from the session.
This online session is designed for professionals, parents, leaders, business owners, and individuals who want to pause, reflect, and explore practical ways to support both themselves and others.
Together with Manish, you will explore:
- The actions that support emotional resilience
- How stress silently impacts communication, mindset, and relationships
- The difference between reacting and responding
- The importance of connection, conversation, and self-awareness
- Practical NLP and coaching-based tools for mental fitness
This is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space for honest reflection, supportive conversation, and practical next steps.
