HART - Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust

HART - Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust Bringing hope in forgotten conflicts We go where others won’t. HART is proud to stand alongside local people who are caught in the crossfire of conflict.

HART partners with local communities in Nigeria, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Burma (Myanmar) and the disputed regions of Abyei and Nagorno Karabakh. HART supports people who are trapped behind closed borders, oppressed by their own government, ignored by the international media or beyond reach of major aid organisations. We champion their solutions for sustainable change. We celebrate their vision for a brighter future.
