Our Story
We work with inspiring professionals and help them get stuck in to become leaders who harness the power of business for good.
We believe in putting purpose before profit. We’re a community that helps you find your work in the world: work that matters and work you care about. We believe that only by doing this we have a chance of creating a sustainable and inclusive society.
In 2010 we launched our Associate Programme in London. The Associate Programme works with young and mid-career professionals who are committed to moving into a career that creates positive social and/or environmental impact. Over the course of a year our Associates work with two purpose-led organisations and with On Purpose to develop their leadership, commercial and professional skills. They are supported by mentors and a coach, and by our community of like-minded professionals across London, Paris, Berlin and beyond.
The Associate Programme is a chance to transfer the skills you’ve developed in your career to date and to gain direct experience working in the impact sector, whilst creating a network in this space. 85% of our associates who complete our Programme continue to work in the impact sector, and with two cohorts a year, starting in April and October, transitioning to a career with purpose is well within reach.
