Encombrant: on the removal of unwanted things…and people.

Susan Marriott reflects on the recent ***de legislation passed in France, and what the protests tell us about the faults in Lauren Edwards' recently published Bill in the UK.

A French word has lingered in my mind since reading news coverage of France’s decision to legalise assisted su***de and euthanasia earlier this week. Encombrant. In this blog, Susan Marriott looks at t a recent Lancet article that reveals the mire we are entering.

***de ***deprevention

A recent article in The Lancet Psychiatry provides a window into a philosophical tension at the heart of current assisted su***de debates. The article reflects on the case of Noelia Castillo, a Spanish woman who died by euthanasia earlier this year. Castillo experienced profound suffering throughout...

We want to continue to pour into future leaders.
