【2025 新起點！Project RE-SEE 正式啟動！】

大樹下合作社好榮幸今年可以同 Milton Keynes 852 CIC 以及多個伙伴攜手合作，得到 South East Strategic Partnership for Migration 嘅支持，推出全新嘅 《Project RE-SEE》 —— Resettlement Empowered – South East of England。
呢個計劃將會喺 2025年9月1號到2026年3月1號（為期半年） 喺 英格蘭東南地區（包括 Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead 同 Buckinghamshire） 展開，為當區嘅街坊帶嚟多元化嘅活動同興趣班。
透過呢個計劃，我哋希望一方面重建街坊鄰舍嘅連繫，另一方面協助大家積極融入英國社區，建立新生活。
📌 稍後我們會公布第一個活動，請大家密切注意我們的動向！😊

Blossom Community HK CIC, in partnership with Milton Keynes 852 CIC, is honoured to receive the support of the South East Strategic Partnership for Migration for the launch of Project RE-SEE (Resettlement Empowered – South East of England).
This six-month initiative (from 1st September 2025 to 1st March 2026) will take place in the South East of England, specifically in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Buckinghamshire.
The project aims to provide a wide range of activities and classes, with the goal of rebuilding community connections and supporting everyone in integrating into life in the UK.

【Project RBWM S2 | UK Culture First Step – First Riding Experience】
📍Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre, Berkshire
📅 2025年初秋

🐎「未試過摸真馬，今次一口氣學晒點刷毛、落馬鞍、再自己騎！」
英式馬術係英國傳統文化一部分，今次我哋安排咗初體驗課程，帶住街坊踏出文化第一步！
🐎“From grooming to tacking to riding — all in one go!”
British equestrian culture is iconic, and this session gave our community a chance to experience it firsthand in a safe, fun, and guided way!

🧼由馬房導師帶領，大家首先學清潔馬匹、分辨裝備、聽得超專心；有啲參加者第一次近距離見馬，緊張又興奮😳
🧼Led by professional instructors, we started with brushing, learning about saddles and reins. For some, it was the first time being so close to a real horse — a mix of nerves and excitement!

🐴然後就上馬啦！每人都有自己一匹馬，從最基本坐姿、轉彎、慢步開始學起。氣氛緊張得嚟好溫馨，有朋友笑住話：「我隻馬識我，我唔識佢！」😂
🐴Then — riding time! Each person had their own horse and learned posture, turning, and walking pace. One participant joked, “The horse knows what to do, I’m the one learning!” 😂

園藝入門工作坊係我哋上年最受歡迎嘅活動之一🧑🏻🌾 今年Season 2再次舉辦，即刻額滿，大家繼續好有興趣喺英國搵返一片屬於自己嘅綠地～
🌿 Back by popular demand!
This gardening workshop was one of our most-loved events last year. It returned for Season 2 this summer and filled up quickly — showing just how keen our community is to find their green space in the UK.

🪴導師教大家分辨泥土種類、種植時機、點樣剪根⋯⋯邊學邊落手落腳種，一步一步踏入園藝世界～
🪴Participants learned to distinguish soil types, cut roots, and understand planting seasons — hands-on and practical steps into the gardening world.

🍰課後仲有花園茶聚，大家圍住歎英式茶、食導師自家焗嘅蛋糕🍓邊食邊傾，交流好多生活經驗同種植小貼士！
🍰After the session, we gathered for a relaxed garden tea — homemade cakes, floral tea and great conversations about life, migration, and planting tips.🍓

👩🌾有位參加者話：「想像唔到我喺英國竟然會學園藝～下一步就想試下自己種菜！」😆
👩🌾One participant said, “Never thought I’d be learning gardening in the UK — next step, growing my own veggies!” 😆

【Project RBWM S2 | Zongzi Workshop and Festival Gathering】
📍St Peter’s Church Hall, Maidenhead
📅 端午節前夕 · 2025年5月

粽葉飄香，社區連心💚
我哋一齊過端午！無論係第一次接觸糭葉嘅朋友，定係從細包到大嘅「糭界高手」，今次都玩得好開心又溫馨～
Zongzi (sticky rice dumpling) time! Whether it was their first time or they've been wrapping since childhood, everyone had a blast learning and bonding over this traditional festive food. 💚

🥢由糯米、鹹蛋黃、梅菜、五花腩、綠豆開始，每一層材料都係香港味道；一邊聽導師講解技巧，一邊自己動手綁，手忙腳亂但好有成功感！
🥢From glutinous rice and salted egg yolk to pork belly and mung beans — each layer of flavour brought back Hong Kong memories. It wasn’t easy, but the joy of wrapping and tying was real!

👶🧓最窩心係三代同堂一齊學包糭，小朋友幫手鋪葉，婆婆話：「好耐冇見啲細路咁專心啦！」🥹
👶🧓The sweetest sight? Three generations learning side by side — a granny smiling as kids helped lay the leaves: “Haven’t seen them this focused in ages!” 🥹

今次活動我哋邀請咗業內朋友用廣東話講解英國物業按揭、利率走勢、投資考慮等等，仲有即場互動問答，啱哂打算落腳英國、或者純粹想了解市場嘅街坊～
Buying a home is a journey — and learning is better when we do it together! 📈
We invited industry speakers to share in Cantonese about UK property mortgages, interest rate trends, and investment tips, followed by a practical Q&A session for newcomers and curious minds alike.

👨👩👧👦 同場仲有春季聚餐派對！香脆炸雞🍗熱辣辣pizza🍕薯條🍟香氣四溢，小朋友食完一輪仲玩起「炒耳仔遊戲」😂
👨👩👧👦 After the talk, we had a cozy spring party with fried chicken, hot pizza, crispy chips and lots of chatter. The kids started a giggly “telephone whisper” game after dinner — pure joy! 😂

Project RBWM S2 | 2025 Lunar New Year in Maidenhead】

Blossom Community HK首次參加Maidenhead當地新年市集，喺Maidenhead為大家帶嚟滿滿港味賀年美食同笑聲🎊
Blossom Community HK joined the local Lunar New Year market in Maidenhead for the first time, bringing festive Hong Kong flavours and joyful vibes to the town. 🎊

菠蘿包、奶油蛋筒、蛋散、香滑港式奶茶、同萌爆嘅「發財點心」——當日一出場就大受歡迎，唔少家庭嚟到打卡、試食，仲學識咗幾句廣東話添！
Pineapple buns, cream cones, crispy egg fritters, silky Hong Kong-style milk tea, and our adorable “Fortune Dim Sum” — they were an instant hit! Families came for the food, stayed for the photos, and even learned a few phrases of Cantonese!

最可愛一幕？一位細細粒嘅小朋友咬住菠蘿包，問我哋：「點解叫pineapple bun但冇菠蘿㗎？」🥹 我哋即刻變身「文化小導賞」，講解咗少少港式麵包文化，現場笑聲不絕！
Cutest moment? A little girl took a bite of her pineapple bun and asked, “Why is it called pineapple bun if there’s no pineapple?” 🥹 We instantly became mini cultural guides and explained the fun history behind Hong Kong’s iconic bakery names!

農曆新年，我哋梗係要團年！超過70位街坊老幼一齊嚟到大樹下新年晚聚，一齊打邊爐、玩揮春、食賀年小食，屋企嘅味道原來可以喺英國都搵得返💖
What better way to celebrate Lunar New Year than a warm evening gathering? Over 70 neighbours joined our Blossom Community HK dinner party with hotpot, snacks, calligraphy, and heartfelt connections — bringing a taste of home to the UK 💖

🍲飯枱上有：齊齊整整嘅煲仔飯、臘味拼盤、蘿蔔糕、蒸水蛋、糖水⋯⋯仲有西式薯片甜品，融合得啱啱好！
🍲On the table: homemade claypot rice, preserved meat platters, turnip cakes, steamed eggs, Chinese desserts… even crisps and donuts from local friends — East meets West, just right!

🖌️英國朋友親手試寫揮春，寫「龍」、「福」、「吉」⋯⋯個樣超認真，我哋好似變咗書法老師咁😆
🖌️Our local friends gave calligraphy a go — writing “Dragon”, “Fortune”, “Luck” with full concentration. We suddenly turned into calligraphy coaches and loved every minute! 😆

🤝 當晚仲有榮幸邀請到我哋嘅Maidenhead區國會議員 Joshua Reynolds MP 蒞臨，一齊迎春接福，感謝佢對本地香港社區嘅關注與支持！
🤝 We were honoured to be joined by Joshua Reynolds, MP for Maidenhead, who celebrated the New Year with us and showed great support for our local Hongkonger community!

Whether you're a returning participant ready to level up, or a newcomer eager to explore UK gardening, this 4-part beginner series is perfect for you.

四堂工作坊，帶你由零開始摸索自己花園，了解土壤、種植基本技巧，仲會教你點樣修剪同打理灌木。
Across four sessions, you’ll learn how to understand your soil, planting basics, and even how to prune and care for your shrubs – all from scratch.
