The BPF is a non-profit, secular, non-partisan community building platform founded in 2010. We envisage that the British Pakistani community have their own platform and support system to take advantage of the country they are born in and contribute back to society within every sector of the UK community. Our 12-week Spoken Urdu Programme is back this September, helping children and adults build confidence in everyday Urdu while staying connected to culture and heritage.

Thursdays 5:30pm + Saturdays 11:30am

We’re delighted to see Imran Hafeez, a previous participant of the BPF x Soho Theatre Writers’ Lab, taking to the stage with his Edinburgh Fringe preview of Haggis Pakora (with Dhol Drum). 🥁

Dhol drum complements Haggis Pakora. A Scottish-Pakistani Muslim musical comedian with mushy halalamb filling and crusty eczema coat. The filling rips the coat when family rejects exes, and arranged dates reject his Halal:Haram ratio. Doth exist a mango chutney cream pairing?

🏆West End New Act of the Year 2025 audience award, and Musical Comedy Awards 2026 shortlist.
