Open Ownership We are dedicated to increasing corporate transparency across the world by making it easy to publish and access high-quality data about who owns companies.

Open Ownership is driving the global shift towards transparency and accountability in corporate ownership and control. Open Ownership enables beneficial ownership disclosures which are accurate, well-structured, complete and machine-readable. We support governments to make high-quality beneficial ownership data available, and work with governments, businesses and citizens to use it. This reduces r

isks such as corruption and tax evasion, and builds trust and development opportunities. To achieve this we focus on three interconnected priorities:

This week, Open Ownership colleagues are helping advance partners' work on taking from theory to practice by delivering training sessions and presentations across four continents.

With UNODC - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF), and other partners, we are strengthening the capacity of people to use data around the world - in this case, for an audience of almost 200 government officials and other stakeholders from around 20 countries.
