🎉🌈 MONICAFEST IS COMING! 🌈🎉
Festival vibes, great music, delicious food, flowing drinks, family fun and a whole lot of community spirit… what more could you want?
🎤 St Monica’s Children’s Choir will be kicking things off in style, followed by the brilliant Centre Stage, showcasing some fantastic performances. Then we’ll be joined by the wonderful R Voices Choir for what promises to be a real summer showstopper, before the incredibly talented Carly McCarron (yes, related to one of our very own teachers!) takes to the stage with her guitar to sing us through the afternoon.
🎪 Alongside the entertainment, we’ll have all your fete favourites including Pin the Macaroni on Tony, Toad in the Hole, Hook a Duck, Jam Jar Hoopla, a bouncy castle, fantastic local stalls, BBQ, refreshments and much, much more.
🍻 The bar will be open and flowing courtesy of our very own Hughie, with two kegs on tap alongside all your usual bar favourites. 🥂🍸🍾
❤️ This year’s Monicafest is especially meaningful as it marks the final summer fete organised by the current Friends committee after three incredible years. We couldn’t do any of it without the support of our amazing volunteers, parents, carers, head teacher, teachers, support staff, Tony, Father Sean, Father Mehall, Anna, our wider parish community, local businesses, performers and everyone who turns up to support our school.
A huge thank you to every single person who helps make St Monica’s such a special place.
