Omg I thought getting rid of a racist girlfriend was going to be the low point of my day!

Complaining to the ICO about IHO policies refusing to take subject access requests on the phone, threats from Waltham forest council and the housing ombudsman blocking me. Oh, and the levelling up ministry now with a complaint against a switchboard operator who has a personal grudge against me.

And people wonder why I am ill!

If you get written notice of the council or their agents advising of requiring access to your home, and the date has already passed, DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN. You require correct written requests so you are covered legaly and for insurance purposes.

You need to protect yourself, you cannot rely others to do so.

I hope you can help me. I am an autistic adult with various physical and mental health issues. I have tried several times to contact my local paper, but they never return my calls, after 2 years of trying.

My council are abusing me. They have made me suicidal on several occasions, involving both the police and the ambulance service.

They have removed access to housing, lied to the ombudsmen and my care solicitors and refuse to accemy autism as a dissbility.

I also believe I have a form of dyspraxia, but have not been tested, because my gp refuses to return my calls, which is with the phso.

I have spent 30 months looking for a housing solicitor, and the last 3 months looking for a discrimination one, all fruitless.

Please help me. I cannot go on like this anymore. I have yried everything, my mp, iain Duncan smith, refuses to have an online surgery, my councillnever return my calls, no support charities, including the cab and cla can help me. I have now been accused of racially abusing their staff, which i find ironic because when i accused them of the same, they refused to investigate.

If you cannot help, please pass to someone who you think can. I have complained endlessly, but no one is listening, or ever has. Waltham forest council are also mishandling money, as last week i found £1100 missing from my rent account, which was not pucked up on the quarterly balancing.
