over 100... ok i can occasionally get carried away but lots of TREES HAVE BEEN KILLED(fairies have revived a few of them) in this beautiful piece of ANCIENT WOODLAND in the last 10 YEARS!! This Ancient woodland has has some kind of preservat
ion order many of the trees that are left but unless we take part in preserving them im sure many will cut down and the eco system with all of the beautiful and rare inhabitants will disappear with them. will this is an amazing place that(before it was abandoned) was last used as a training center for the probation service. Probably due to budget cuts and maybe the idea of generating some much needed revenue to fill the black hole the call the budget, it was closed down and for 12+ years has been in and out of the planning department seeking to turn into some very dez-rez with more houses in the garden at the back...
luckily it has been a long process of refusals and re-draughts. unfortunately many of the trees that were part of the delicate ecosystem have already been killed
lady luck has been especially good to the Ark!! Neglect leaving the Arks Trees, Bats, Beetles, Butterflies and Bees wild and free :D only some of the trees have a month of protection left, there does seem to be quite alot of dead trees in its enchanted forest that at some point were under the blade and care of an arborist... think i saw a rare butterfly too!! :)
