This isn’t just history… it’s accountability.

In 2014, Assyrians, Yazidis, and other minorities were targeted, displaced, and devastated.

At the same time, a major corporation admitted to making payments to ISIS-linked groups.

Now, a lawsuit is opening the door for victims and families to seek justice.

If this affected you or your family and you’re a U.S. citizen, you may have a case.

The internet gives everyone a voice! But not everything shared is true.

When misinformation and fake news spread, the impact isn’t equal.
What feels harmless in the diaspora can have real consequences for people on the ground.

Advocacy isn’t just reposting.
It’s responsibility.
It’s context.
It’s accuracy.

Before you share, pause.
Check your sources.
Be intentional with your platform.

Escalating tensions in northeastern Syria continue to place Assyrian communities at serious risk.

While a ceasefire has been announced, it remains fragile.

Assyrians in Gozarto/Gazarta are directly exposed, with community protection units focused on defending homes and local security if their areas come under attack.

Instability also increases the risk of wider regional consequences, including the resurgence of extremist groups.

This situation requires urgent attention, accurate reporting, and responsible advocacy.

Did you spot it? 🕵🏻‍♂️

A new series all about finding moments where Assyrians and our history quietly show up in films, TV shows, and adverts!

Even when no one says our name.

Sometimes it’s intentional.
Sometimes it’s borrowed.
Sometimes it’s hiding in plain sight.

Episode 01 starts with a Heinz advert that goes back thousands of years. 😂

Once you start spotting it… you can’t unsee it.

This video could never capture every Assyrian business and that's exactly the point.

There are so many of us, in the diaspora and in the homeland, building things quietly and often without visibility. No single post can do that justice.

That's why the comments matter.
Tag an Assyrian business you know, love, or run yourself.

Let's turn this into a shared space where support is visible, intentional, and community-led.

What a night ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and shared such a special evening with us. It was beautiful to see Assyrian and Armenian youth come together dancing, talking, and finding common ground.

As diaspora communities, it’s important that we build with others who share similar values, cultural roots, and lived experiences. Spaces like this allow us to learn from one another, grow together, and strengthen our sense of identity.

Living in the West, it’s easy to assimilate. Events like this help us preserve our cultures and deepen pride in being Assyrian and Armenian.

Thank you to for coming through, and a massive thank you to for opening up their space. The Assyrian community truly appreciates you ❤️🙏🏼

In 2026, content isn’t just content for Assyrians.

It’s memory. Identity. Infrastructure.

I spend my days working in global social & creative - building strategies for brands, reading trend reports, and watching how culture actually moves online.

So I took hours of creative forecasts from platforms and brands like Adobe, Pinterest, and Instagram and compressed them into something that actually matters for us.
Not to chase trends. But to protect culture.

If you’re Assyrian and you have social media, this is your sign to create this year.

You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to show up.

Because if we don’t tell our stories, others will and they always get them wrong.

How many more Assyrians have to die before protection replaces statements?

On Friday in Kirkuk, Assyrian police colonel Zaid Adel Subaih was shot dead outside his home. Authorities have described the killing as “criminal in nature,” but for his family and for our community, this is another life lost with more questions than answers.

Col. Zaid Adel deserved safety.
His wife and four daughters deserve answers.
And our community deserves better.

Our community is facing another wave of attacks…

The Assyrian cemetery in Armota was vandalised and just hours later, Mar Khannana Church in Deralok was attacked again with stones and mud.

These are not isolated incidents. They are direct assaults on our heritage, our sacred sites, and our right to exist.

We cannot let this be ignored. Share this video and tag so the KRG is forced to address this and take real action.
