Kids Alive International - UK Office

Kids Alive International - UK Office We are a Christian mission that cares for some of the world’s most vulnerable children, many of whom

We are part of the global Kids Alive family and we're privileged to see children with deep traumas being healed and restored to wholeness; children being reunited into family; communities and even nations influenced by God's kingdom values. We keep in sight the vision of a world where every child grows up in a loving family and is given every opportunity to reach their full potential.

💜 Day of the African Child
The future of Africa is being shaped every day, and we are honoured to stand alongside those working to ensure every child can grow in safety, dignity, belonging, and hope. gnity, and well-being of every child across Africa.
It is also a reminder of the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, which affirms that EVERY CHILD deserves protection, opportunity, justice, and a safe environment in which to thrive.
At Kids Alive, we are grateful to be part of a growing movement across Africa that is investing in children, strengthening families, equipping communities, and advancing child protection systems.
Through our work in 🇰🇪Kenya and 🇿🇲Zambia, we have the privilege of partnering with caregivers, churches, educators, and government leaders who are helping create brighter futures for the next generation.

No one is meant to walk alone.
💜This month, we're celebrating the power of belonging: the safe relationships, caring communities, and faithful supporters who help children and families carry burdens they were never meant to bear by themselves.
When we walk alongside one another, healing grows, hope in Christ is restored, and children discover they are not alone.

“I am Art" means I am God's masterpiece: He is my Creator & Restorer. 🎨🇱🇧
In the midst of uncertainty, creativity becomes a reminder that every child is uniquely created by God and deeply valued.
Through art, the children we serve in Lebanon are expressing hope, building confidence, and discovering that their story is still being beautifully written. 💛
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." (Psalm 139:14)

🇱🇧 In the midst of ongoing uncertainty in , our students and staff continue showing up each day with resilience, courage, and hope.
These quiet moments of learning matter deeply. They remind children that they are safe, valued, and capable of growing—even when the world around them feels unstable.
And behind every classroom moment is a team of staff faithfully continuing to serve, encourage, and care for children and families through changing circumstances.
💙Courage doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up again today.

Please continue praying for Kids Alive Haiti
Amid ongoing instability, heavy rains, and recent civil unrest in Cap-Haïtien, our Kids Alive school remains a place of learning, stability, and care for children and families.
Even as circumstances change daily, teachers and staff continue showing up to support, encourage, and invest in the children they serve.
Thank you for continuing to pray for Haiti, our staff, and the children and families walking through this season.

Earlier this week, Kenya celebrated Madaraka Day—a national holiday marking the country’s first step toward self-governance and independence in 1963.
“Madaraka” is the Swahili word for "freedom, authority, and self-determination:" a reminder of the strength and resilience found in communities working together toward a better future.
At Kids Alive Kenya, we see that same spirit reflected every day as children, families, teachers, churches, and leaders come together to create spaces where healing, education, protection, and hope can grow.

At Kids Alive Academy in Zambia, education is about more than learning—it’s about helping children discover the voice God has placed within them.
As they grow in safe, encouraging environments, they begin to step into who He is creating and calling them to be, speaking with confidence, joy, and purpose.
In moments like these, that potential is being unlocked—voices rising, and futures opening. 💛

In Zambia, children are finding the courage to speak and being met with care, protection, and justice. As systems and support come together, they’re no longer walking through it alone.
🙏 Pray for continued healing, strong advocacy, and protection for every child.

🤝Healing doesn’t happen alone. It happens through relationships.
🇬🇹In Guatemala, women who serve so faithfully recently stepped away for a time of rest, reflection, connection, and renewal. For those who walk closely with children and families every day, moments like these matter. They strengthen the bonds among our team so they can continue offering steady, compassionate, trauma-informed care.
🌱When staff are encouraged, equipped, and supported, that care overflows into the safe spaces they create for children and families—places where trust can grow, voices can be heard, and healing can take root.
