There's a couple of weeks left to sign up for our 20 mile sponsored walk in support of the Royal British Legion! If you'd like to take part but don't think you can make the full route, we also have 10 and 5 mile options available. Full details are in the message below, or click the link in the comments!
Following the massive success of our 2024 event, we have organised another sponsored charity walk in conjunction with the Middlesex Grand Stewards on Saturday 5th September, in aid of the Royal British Legion!
We will be walking the beautiful Thames Path from Twickenham Masonic Centre all the way to Freemasons Hall. The Middlesex Stewards already have around 30 walkers signed up, and we would absolutely love it if London could get a great turnout too!
Here are the details for the day:
The Ritual: The Middlesex Stewards will be opening the Lodge in Middlesex and closing it at FMH.
Dress Code: We have a dispensation pending so we do not have to wear suits for the opening/closing!
Logistics: Your regalia will be transported from Twickenham directly to FMH, so you won't have to carry it.
Pace Yourself: You do not have to walk the full 20 miles! Feel free to walk until you find a nice spot for refreshments, call it a day half-way, or just meet us at FMH for the closing.
Everyone is Welcome: Friends, family, and non-Masons are completely welcome. This is a fantastic opportunity to invite potential candidates to see what we are all about.
The main focus of the day is raising money for a great cause and having a lot of fun together!
