Here’s exactly how we do it…

We fund the costumes, the rehearsal space, the production costs, everything that makes a show possible.

We place young dancers in front of world-class teachers and professionals, so they’re not just performing, they’re learning what the industry actually looks like from the inside.

We make sure the only thing that determines how far a young dancer goes is their talent and their work ethic. Not their family’s bank account.

And this winter we’re doing it for the 30th time for the annual Nutcracker 🌰

The dress rehearsal that runs until everyone is satisfied. The teacher who stays late because a young dancer is close to something and just needs a little more time.
The staff who arrive early and leave last, making sure every single detail is right before a young dancer ever sets foot on that stage.

This is where the Nutcracker is really made.
