As we settle in for Christmas with our loved ones, cosy in our warm houses, table full of food, presents under the tree and conversations around the room.

Please spare a thought for those who are .

If you are out and about and see someone sleeping rough, spare a moment for them, even if just to acknowledge them, say hello, and smile.

If you have friends, family or even neighbours who live alone, please check in on them.

We are all humans and we all need the same love, compassion, and kindness.

Cake4kindness was pleased to support who had young helpers yesterday distributing to the .

The 150 cakes were made with and by Cake4Kindness supporters who baked eggless cakes for the project.

Thank you to everyone involved with this that I know was received with gratitude by all.

Our mission is to support in reducing loneliness and social isolation through the giving of cake to those experiencing .

We are so pleased to share the total number of cakes baked worldwide for Cake4Kindness CIC Day that took place on 20th November 2025. Enjoy the 60 second recap of what we achieved together and the grand totals 🤩

20 November 2025, marked our third annual Day and our largest turnout yet.

Seeing Care homes, schools, hospitality businesses and community organisations across the world participate to bake a difference for those experiencing homelessness.

With your help:

🧁 146 Organisations participated on the day
🧁 8045 Cakes were baked and distributed
🧁 106 Charities connected with who support those experiencing homelessness

This year also saw inspiring support from Paralympic gold medallist who joined residents in two care homes for an afternoon of baking and decorating.

A milestone moment came with the participation of our first hotel partner, Holiday Inn Express Stratford, where the team baked together before delivering their cakes to the local Salvation Army during a coffee drop-in for people experiencing homelessness.

Our vision for Day is to empower communities to bake and share cakes with those experiencing homelessness to stimulate interaction, build connection and ultimately spread kindness.

With your support we have managed to achieve this, and have already started making plans to make next years outreach, even bigger.

Gratitude Post 🙏🏾

When I started my journey, it was really hard, as I was still learning, and knew what I wanted to achieve and why I wanted to bake for those experiencing but lacked that confidence at the time.

I reached out to several charities and people who I thought would support or give guidance, but was surprised at how few did.

Until I was introduced to Mansook Uncle from who with his wealth of knowledge and guidance, not only encouraged me to follow my heart ❤️ but gave me the confidence to keep moving forward.

So today I wish to acknowledge and thank Mansook Uncle for helping me to drive forward and thank everyone else around me who has supported me with my vision, to reduce loneliness and social isolation through the giving of cake, and starting that all important first conversation.

Let us all continue to support each other as we do at through Day, so together we can support those in need of compassion, love and kindness.

We are all humans after all and we must continue to support and be kind to one another.

This year Avery Collection - Wi******er Heights Care Home
chose to support The Wi******er Beacon and have successfully delivered 48 cupcakes (4 trays) all vanilla flavour but with different toppings (macarons, cherry, toffee & smarties)
