So proud of how far we’ve come. 2 years ago, Gav barely spoke about anything other than Arsenal. He was cross playing as a husband and a dad. There, but not really there. Then he had a mental health crisis and I discovered he was a complusive gambler and was one bet away from ending his life. Today we are going out as a family and it might be disaster, but I know we will work through it as a team because he has the tools to deal with life thanks to his commitment to Gamblers Anonymous. Even if his higher power is Mikel Arteta 🤣

Not all superhero’s wear capes!
The boys went away OVERNIGHT with their carers last night and by the sounds of it, had the best time. We are so lucky to have Molly, Kelly (and The whole Blackford family ) as part of our extended family. I trust them with my world! And would you believe it? The boys even slept!
So proud of them all. We love you! 🥰

It was a success!! So proud of my boys and so grateful to our amazing carers Molly, Kelly & Betty. I know it’s scary to let your kids go, but it’s building skills, relationships and memories that will be with them for ever.
