Grounded is a Horticultural therapy organization which promotes good mental health & well-being.

Grounded Ecotherapy is facilitated by Paul Pulford, Head Gardener & co-founder, supported by Kevin Fitzgerald, Assistant Gardener & Michael Richardson who manages our communications and online presence. Completing our team are our amazing Grounded volunteers, without whom we could not do what we do. In the background, doing the paperwork, managing us all and keeping everyone in line is Jaydee Anciro, Specialist ServicesTeam Manager.
